  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Please contact us via phone, email, or complete our website form.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Once you have signed a lease agreement we will provide you with access to the residents portal to establish automatic direct deposit of rent.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: With the exception of registered service and or emotional support animals, "Pet Policies" will vary depending on the property and Owner.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming due and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: We will notify you ahead of time of your lease expiration and provide you with your options.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Dependent on the circumstances, and lease agreement, either the owner or resident may be responsible for repairs or maintenance.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Owners/Managers have 21 days from the day the property is vacated to return your security deposit less any withholdings for damages. Security deposits are not applied towards rent at any time of the lease.
