    A: Yes, through the owners portal you will have access to deposit funds directly into your property’s account.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Yes, via the owners portal you will see the lease agreement. As your property manager we will sign a lease on your behalf.
  • Q: How do you screen prospective residents?

    A: Placing the most qualified residents in your property is a primary goal with each vacancy.

    We process all applications with a careful eye for detail. We obtain credit and eviction reports on each applicant, contact current and previous landlords for rental references, and verify current employment and income through a two-point process.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We do not process rent checks, therefore require all residents to establish direct deposits.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Our set-up process generally takes 2 weeks to complete from initial contact and property assessment through granting access to your online owner portal.

  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: Real time reports on activity with your property are available 24/7 via the owners portal. Additionally, you will receive a monthly email with a link to the financial report.

    A: Owners hold security deposits, and we keep a financial record. The funds will be deposited within the owners designated property account.
